Om Shows-Bristol, Ct

I started directing the OM Shows in the late 1980’s. When I directed the 1990 show, I decided to videotape future shows.   Recently, I was asked by the Bristol Historical Society to provide them with archival copies of the shows  I had done.  As I copied and watched each show I realized the tremendous personal commitment, talent and joy that this venue has brought to the Bristol Community.  It was then that I decided to share all the shows from 1990-2013  online.  I know that this will bring back great memories to the community and to those individuals who have performed in the shows.  I will upload performance content from each of the 25 shows .     Check the site when you can. Uploaded content will be the color BLUE ( some are only set up at this point-content will then be loaded ).  If  by chance you might have audio or video from shows before 1990,  please get in touch with me at: kferris68@sbcglobal.net                       Respectfully,  Ken Ferris

Note: Some of the Videos are dark. This was due to the quality of the camera which was used for the recording.  Audio for the most part is quite good, with vocal sync only off a bit on a few numbers.

The internet video download should not be a problem, but if you do have a slower internet connection , be patient.  Some of the musical numbers may take a little time to download. You may need the application "QUICKTIME” on your computer to view them.  It is downloadable from  www.cnet.com   Just state the type of computer either Mac or PC.  Then type in Quicktime & download the application which matches your operating system.  If that doesn't work download the application "VLC" from  www.cnet.com  Use the same directions as for Quicktime.  This download site is safe.
